The mission includes the following elements:

Volume and ceiling volume
The estimated volume of the framework agreement during the contract period, including possible extensions, amounts to 3,800 tonnes, i.e. approximately 950 tonnes/year. No guaranteed volumes are provided.
The maximum volume (ceiling volume) of the framework agreement is 5,000 tonnes.
If the turnover reaches the ceiling volume, or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, SSAM has the right to terminate the framework agreement until immediate termination. Such termination shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded under the framework agreement. The tenderer is not entitled to compensation, damages or the like in connection with such termination.
The procurement concerns a contract for the provision and rental of containers as well as the transport, reception and final treatment of sorted gypsum.

The quantities indicated in the procurement documents are based on the statistics available for the previous year's consumption. SSAM's needs may vary and the quantities can thus be both exceeded or undercut. Thus, SSAM cannot guarantee that the volume will be the same throughout the contract period.
