North Karelia's procurement action asks to offer for the appliances of Joensuun Kodit Oy and Opiskelija-asunnot Oy Joensuun Elli for the contract period 18.04.2022 - 31.01.2025 + one (1) year option option option.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.

Products must comply with the provisions adopted directly by the European Union's obligations, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.
