49GSSH Lot N401 Sanitary Engineering

On behalf of STESAD GmbH, a new single-field sports hall is to be built at the school site of the 49th primary school in Dresden and then the renovation of the existing sports hall with the renewal of the outdoor facilities is to be realized.

As part of the 1st construction phase (new construction of a single-field sports hall), lot N401 - sanitary technology is put out to tender with the following services:

approx. 130 m sewage pipe PP up to DN160; approx. 85 m sewage pipe PE up to DN100; 1 pc. fecal double lifting station; 1 pcs lifting station dirty water faeces-free;- approx. 500 m drinking water pipes stainless steel (pressed) DN 12-40; approx. 50 valves DN15-DN40; drinking water hygiene system; insulation mineral wool; approx. 7 toilet facilities; approx. 16 WT systems/spout; approx. 1 urinal system; approx. 6 shower facilities;

Maintenance of the system to be erected during the limitation period for claims for defects (4-year warranty) in accordance with §13 VOB/B will be put out to tender. The prices offered for maintenance are included in the evaluation for 4 years.
