Based on a population of 92,000 and an area of approximately 85.02 km², collection is to be carried out in the Düren disposal area using 148 old clothing containers at 120 defined locations in accordance with the location concept. The used clothing containers and the collection and recycling of the recorded used textiles and old shoes should be provided by third parties (concession holders). The licensee shall make these a high-quality exploitation in accordance with § 6 KrWG. The concession holder will operate the used clothing container stands provided to him for use on his own responsibility and bear the economic risk of collecting and recycling the used textiles alone. The concessionee does not receive any remuneration; instead, he is entitled to the profit generated from the recycling of the used textiles.

The installation of 33 used clothing containers at 30 locations in accordance with the city of Düren's location directory as well as collection and recycling of used textiles and shoes in accordance with the Circular Economy Act (KrWG).
