The subject of the contract is the provision of a catering service (all-day nutrition of hospitalized patients) in the District Hospital of Racibórz on the basis of the Contractor's kitchen, located outside the premises of the Ordering Party.

1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering service (all-day nutrition of hospitalized patients) in the District Hospital of Racibórz on the basis of the Contractor's kitchen, located outside the facilities of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority also implements benefits to sufferers with suspected COVID-19 or diagnosed with COVID-19.
1.2. The object of the order is:
1. preparation and delivery of all day food in quantities resulting from the number of hospitalized patients taking into account the requirements of the Ordering Party and the Ministry of Health included in the 2011 publication “Rules for proper nutrition of patients in hospitals”;
2. the delivery of meals by the Contractor to the office of the Contracting Authority;
3. Portion and distribution of meals to the patient's bed according to the schedule of Annex 13 to SWZ;
4. reception of dirty tableware, washing and disinfection, which will be carried out in the rooms of the branch cookers;
5. Receiving dirty thermos and GN containers after issuing meals and washing them at the Contractor;
6. for the purpose of carrying out the object of the contract, the Contracting Authority will rent branch cookers together with equipment a separate contract (Annex No 8 to SWZ — model of the lease of cookers);
7. The operation of milk kitchens in the paediatric ward and the preparation of milk mixtures on the basis of articles according to Annex No 1 to SWZ (from item 6 to item 17 in the price form);
8. Receipt and disposal of post-consumer waste (including the infectious department) in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws 2013, item 21 of late) for the export and disposal of post-consumer waste.
9. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a copy of the contract for the collection of food residues from branches, including from the infectious unit, up to 7 days after the signing of the contract.
10. All components of the service performed must comply with the procedures of the Gambling Analysis and Critical Control Point Analysis (HACCP) — Food Safety Management System.
11. The estimated quantity of individual units procured over a period of 36 months will be 200 000. This quantity is only an estimate and may change depending on the conclusion of contracts with the National Health Fund.
12. Meals for patients infected or suspected of SARS-CoV-2 infection are administered using disposable vessels and cutlery.
Additional information in terms of the order
1. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The item of the order constitutes one purchasing category and, due to the identity in question, does not in any way make it difficult for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to submit an offer.
2. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for employment requirements on the basis of the employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 UPzp.
6. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the contract referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) uPzp.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation by the Contractor to carry out the local vision referred to in Article 131 (2) uPzp.
15. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) uPzp.
11. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the use of electronic auction.
13. In accordance with Article 255, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulment of this procedure.
