The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply covering the purchase and provision of gas distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E in 2024 for 88 organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa for the needs of operating buildings, premises and commercial facilities.
The scope of the contract covers the sale and provision of gas fuel distribution services to gas consumption points – for buildings, premises and commercial facilities for which the payer of gas invoices are organizational units and companies of the Municipality of the City of Częstochowa, qualifying as recipients included and not included in Article 62b(1)(2) of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law.
Projected quantity: 122 gas outlets.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply covering the purchase and provision of gas distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E in 2024 for 88 organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa for the needs of operating buildings, premises and commercial facilities.
The scope of the order includes the sale and provision of gas fuel distribution services to:
I. gas consumption points – for buildings, premises and commercial facilities for which the following organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa are the payer of gas invoices, qualifying as customers included in Article 62b section 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law;
II. gas consumption points – for buildings, premises and commercial facilities for which the following organizational units and companies of the Municipality of the City of Częstochowa are payers of gas invoices, qualifying as customers not included in Article 62b section 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law;
Projected quantity: 122 gas outlets.
The list of collection points together with the terms of settlements is specified in Annexes No. 1 to the model contracts, which constitute Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ.
In the event of a change in the amount of collection points or a significant change in the power of the collection points during the term of the contract, Annex No 1 to the contract will be amended without renegotiating the terms of the contract. The amendment of Annex 1 to the Agreement does not constitute a change in the terms of
Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing regulations of this law and Polish Standards.
The estimated amount of gas supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period is (in units of energy using a conversion factor of 11) 22 849 000 kWh, including:
for customers included in Article 62b section 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – total value of 16 580 700 kWh, including gas settled:
in tariff group W-1.12T: 7 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-2.12T: 256 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-3.12T: 271 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-3.6: 1 153 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-4: 2 049 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-5.1: 12 844 700 kWh.
for customers not included in Article 62b section 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law – total value of 6 268 300 kWh, including gas settled:
in tariff group W-2.12T: 9 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-3.6: 193 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-4: 409 000 kWh;
in tariff group W-5.1: 102 300 kWh;
in tariff group W-6.1: 5 555 000 kWh.
Attention:
Gas fuel is intended for heating purposes. In the above-mentioned estimated amount of gaseous fuel for heating purposes, the estimated amount of gas not subject to exemption from excise duty is in units of energy: 1 942 000 kWh. Detailed information is included in Annex 5 and No. 6 to the SWZ. The remaining quantity of gaseous fuel shall be exempt from excise duty.
The contractual capacity for all gas consumption points in tariff groups W-5.1 and W 6.1 is 8 974 kWh/h.
Detailed information on individual collection points is presented in the attached summary statements, constituting Annexes No. 5 and No. 6 to the SWZ.
The current seller of natural gas for the contracting company is PGNiG Pirót Retaliczny Sp. z o.o. For all the collection points, the operator of the Distribution System is Polska Spółka Gazownictwo Sp. z o.o. Branch of the Gazownictwo Plant in Zabrze.
