The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to reserve places in childcare establishments (Eaje) approved by the family allowance funds (Caf) and benefiting from the approval of maternal and child protection for the children of state employees (outside the Ministry of the Armed Forces) in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
