Procurement procedure

The procurement of Puro Tekstiilihuoltopalvelut Oy's steam supply is carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with section 34 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts. In the negotiated procedure, the contracting entity shall publish a contract notice in which any interested supplier may request to participate. The contracting entity negotiates the terms of the contract with the suppliers of its choice.

The contracting entity has chosen the negotiated procedure as the procurement procedure because, for specific reasons relating to the nature and complexity of the contract and the risks involved, the contract cannot be awarded without prior negotiations.

SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE

All candidates who meet the suitability criteria specified in the request for participation shall be selected for the negotiated procedure.
