The service shall include the division of the land unit owned by a private individual on which the multi-apartment residential house is located, performing the cadastral survey of the land to be alienated specified for the termination of the compulsory shared property and the cadastral survey of the part of the land remaining for the owner of the land unit to be divided in accordance with the Law on the Termination of Forced Shared Property in Privatised Apartment Buildings and the Cabinet Regulation No. 1019 of 27 December 2011, Regulations Regarding the Cadastral Survey of Land the procedure for cadastral survey of the land to be alienated.
