IMI seeks to enter into a framework service contract to acquire periodic reports on various outputs of projects funded by IMI, essentially bibliometric outputs but also IPR related outputs etc. The contractor is also expected to propose an IT tool allowing IMI to analyse the data on the outputs independently.

The Contracting Authority plans to sign annual specific contracts and, when required, ad hoc specific contracts for various tasks.
