The architectural work involves partly renovating and partly rebuilding the Van Maerlantlyceum National Monument in Eindhoven. The total size of the four-storey housing to be realised is approximately 10 500 m 2 bvo excluding the basement of approximately 2 400 m 2 BVO and consists of about 50% of renovation and 50% of new construction.
