1.The purpose of taking a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 21,028,895.00 is to finance the planned budget deficit, to repay previously incurred liabilities due to loans taken out and to repay previously incurred liabilities falling after the financial year in order to reduce the total cost of servicing these liabilities. Term of the agreement: from the date of conclusion of the agreement to the final repayment of the loan expected in December 2034, i.e. 132 months. Repayment of principal instalments resulting from
from the loan agreement will be made in the period from March 2024 to December 2034.
Provision of credit to the contracting authority: from the date of conclusion of the agreement, but no later than 22.12.2023.
The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of repayment of loan installments in foreign currencies. All calculations between the contractor and the ordering party will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).

1. The subject of the contract is to grant and service a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 21,028,895.00 to finance the planned budget deficit, repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans taken out and repayment of previously incurred liabilities falling after the financial year in order to reduce the total cost of servicing these liabilities.
2. The above-mentioned loan amount will be placed by the Bank at the disposal of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the bank's declaration submitted in the offer form, however, it is stipulated that the deadline for disbursement of loan tranches may not be longer than 3 business days.
3. The loan will be launched without commissions and fees.
4. The Contractor is obliged to place the funds at the disposal of the Contracting Authority by transferring them to the bank account indicated by the Municipality.
5. The Bank shall make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately after concluding the agreement, but no later than by 22.12.2023.
6. The loan will be disbursed on the basis of a properly issued instruction of the ordering party, which will be submitted to the bank up to 3 business days before the planned date of disbursement. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the credit in the full amount referred to in paragraph 1 or to withdraw completely from taking the loan – without commission and fees. In the case of disbursement of the loan, the guaranteed amount of the loan that will be contracted by the Ordering Party is the amount of at least PLN 8,779,000.00.
