The ambition is to expand the Diepenbeek Campus into a sustainable campus that offers space for education, research and activity in the care and construction sector. The assignment includes an assignment of works with a fixed part (realization of the Poortgebouw and temporary exterior construction) and a conditional part (realization of the parking building and connecting pedestrian bridge). Work is underway in BIM (Building Information Modeling). The contractor, together with the client and a multifunctional design team, appointed in collaboration with the Flemish architect via an open call (004202), will enter a construction team formula in order to achieve an optimal realization of the works that are the subject of the assignment.
