The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service on the premises of the comp. Troops. In Warsaw, ul.: Żwirki i Wigury 1C, Żwirki i Wigury 9/13, Żwirki i Wigury 103/105, Marsa 80, Marsa 110, Radom.

The Ordering Party divided the order into six parts.

Providing comprehensive services (supervising heating management and removing failures in accordance with the attached scope – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference) in the area of the comp. Troops. in the city of Warsaw, 1C Żwirki i Wigury Street:

a) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 6 (central heating power 1000kW, hot water power 150kW, central heating power 1764kW),

b) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 27 (central heating power 525kW), seasonal,

c) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 51 (central heating power 476kW, hot water power 212kW),

d) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 57 (central heating power 601kW, hot water power 289kW),

e) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 77 (central heating power 545kW, hot water power 165kW, central heating power 85kW),

f) Pre-insulated central heating networks with a length of 3139.6 m.b. and hot water networks with a length of 1974.4 m.b.

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (as applicable to the Part).

Complete service (supervision of heating management and removal of emergency failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex 9 to SWZ) in Warsaw, 9/13 Żwirki and Wigury Street:

a) The interchanger in construction no. 65 (power per c.o. 182kW), seasonal,

b) The interchanger in c.no. 74 (power to c.o. 90kW, power at c.w.u. 15kW, power at c.t. 140kW),

c) The interchanger in c.o. 75 (power per c.o. 820kW), seasonal,

d) Interchanger in the house no. 93 (power per c.o. 79kW), seasonal,

e) The exchanger in the set. no. 95 (power per c.o. 107kW, power at c.t. 745kW), seasonal,

f) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 99 (central heating power 50kW), seasonal,

g) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 102 (central heating power 81kW), seasonal,

h) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 103 (central heating power 1129kW, hot water power 11kW),

i) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 111 (central heating power 187kW, hot water power 20kW),

j) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 114 (central heating power 1351kW, hot water power 671kW, central heating power 1201kW),

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (as applicable to the Part).

Complete operation (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in Warsaw Street Żwirki i Wigury 103/105:

(a) Exchanger in build No 1 (power per c.o. 420kW, power per c.w.u. 50kW),

b) Heat exchanger in the building. No. 9 (central heating power 1260kW, hot water power 180kW, central heating power 100kW),

c) Knot in bud. 23 (pool) (power per c.o. 30kW, power per c.w.u. 91kW, power per c.t. 95kW, power per c.w.t. 71kW),

d) Traditional networks with a length of 1424 m.

e) Oil container boiler room (De Dietrich boiler type GT 430-8 with a capacity of 310kW).

The place where the services will be performed will be a closed area, therefore the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Act of 05.08.2010 on the protection of classified information (Dz.U.

of 2019, item 742) – all persons entering the area of the Troops. in the city of Warsaw, ul.

and Wigury 103/105 must have the right to access classified information at the level of min. "RESTRICTED" and a valid certificate of completion of training in the field of protection of classified information.

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (as applicable to the Part).

Providing comprehensive services (supervising heating management and removing failures in accordance with the attached scope – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference) in the area of the comp. Troops. Marsa 80 in Warsaw:

a) Gas boiler room in building No. 23 (2 units of Buderus LOGANO boilers type GE 15 with a capacity of 920kW each),

b) Gas boiler room in the building. No. 68 (2 Viessmann boilers type VITOPLEX 300 TX3A with a power of 300kW and 390kW and 2 units of De Dietrich boilers type C330 with a capacity of 280kW each),

c) Pre-insulated central heating networks with a length of 2651 m.b. and hot water with a length of 2318 m.b.

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (as applicable to the Part).

Providing comprehensive services (supervising heating management and removing failures in accordance with the attached scope – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference) in the area of the comp. Troops. Marsa 110 in Warsaw:

a) Gas boiler room in building no. 16 (2 Viessmann boilers type VITOPLEX 100 with a capacity of 500kW and 620kW and a Viessmann boiler type VITOPLEX 200 with a power of 90kW)

b) Gas boiler room in building no. 112 (2 Viessmann boilers type VITOPLEX 100 with a capacity of 780kW and 950kW and a Viessmann boiler type VITOPLEX 200 with a power of 90kW)

c) Oil boiler room in building no. 50 (Viessmann boiler type VITOROND 100 with a capacity of 80 kW), seasonal

d) Pre-insulated networks c.o. and c.w.u. with a length of 9786 m.b.

The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (as applicable to the Part).

Complete service (supervision of district heating management and removal of existing failures in accordance with the attached scope — Annex No 9 to SWZ) on the territory of the military compl. in the Council:

(a) Oil boiler room in bud. 51 (Viessmann boiler type PAROMAT-SIMPLEX with power of 285kW),

(b) Interchanger W-1 in build No 64 (power per c.o. and c.w.u. 2830kW),

c) W-3 heat exchanger in bud. No. 30 (power on central heating and hot water 1666kW),

d) W-4 heat exchanger in bud. No. 39 (power on central heating and hot water 1100kW),

e) W-5 heat exchanger in bud. No. 92 (power on central heating and hot water 766kW),

f) Heat exchanger W-6 in building WKU number (central heating power 104kW), seasonal,

g) District heating networks made in traditional and pre-insulated technology with a total length of approx. 11 000 m.b.
