As part of the Climate Energy Club (CCE) in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), it was decided to renew the shared car-sharing service at the level of several companies. This service called SQYSHARE was set up operationally in 2020.
This all-inclusive car-sharing service includes the provision of vehicles equipped with a complete car-sharing solution between the different companies (maintenance, insurance, cleaning, petrol cards and electricity charging).
Its scope will concern a potential of around 500 employees for the professional use of this car-sharing fleet. The car-sharing service that is the subject of this document must offer a wide range of services, presented directly on the EDF purchasing portal.
In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the maximum non-binding amount of this framework agreement is €373,872.92 excluding VAT; it being specified that this indication has no value as a contractual commitment for the Company for the entire duration of the said framework agreement. This single-contractor framework agreement is non-exclusive.
The services covered by this contract notice are as follows:
- Vehicle Supply and Management: Includes long-term vehicle rental (electric and hybrid), maintenance (preventive and curative), cleaning, insurance, and claims management.
- Booking Platform and Related Services: Includes user management, an easy and accessible booking system, with 24/7 hotline support.
- Operational Management of the Fleet: Includes piloting, assistance and troubleshooting, regular interventions on vehicles, and management of vehicle downtime.
- Additional Services: Includes communication and support services, as well as the possibility of future development of the service, including geographical expansion and the addition of new businesses or vehicles.
