Description:
European tender for the rental and maintenance of MFPs and the supply of print management and supplies management software

The aim of this tender is to optimally meet the need for printing, copying and scanning of the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender by open procedure. This tender must lead to uniform services, pricing, expiration date and conditions for the contracting authority.

1. Type 1: full color MFP A4 and A3 minimum 30 PPM / number 22;

2. Type 2: full color MFP A4 and A3 minimum 45 PPM / number 2;

3. Total number of black and white impressions (per year) A4: 1 400 000;

4. Total number of full color prints (per year) A4: 1 200 000.
