The contract to be awarded concerns the execution of "Technical services such as the verification of the executive design including the coordination of safety during the design phase, relating to the intervention called "Asac-Historical Archive of Contemporary Arts (ASAC) at the Arsenale di Venezia", under the conditions set out in the Tender Regulations and the Performance Specifications. The reduction of procedural deadlines pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 1, letter c) of Law Decree no. 76 of 16 July 2020, converted with amendments by Law no. 120 of 11 September 2020, since the verification service must be carried out on time to start the subsequent phases, so that the time limits of the time schedule (31 December 2023 award of works) dictated by the source of funding are respected National Complementary Plan to PNRR.
