Delivery and implementation of the Integrated IT System for the SP Provincial Hospital Pope John Paul II in Zamość with the delivery and commissioning of the IT infrastructure

The subject of the contract includes the delivery and implementation of an Integrated Information System (ZSI) in the field of:

a) purchase, delivery and launch of application software modules in the medical part,

b) purchase, delivery and launch of application software modules in the administrative part,

c) purchase, delivery and launch of application software modules in the laboratory part,

d) e-service delivery platforms,

e) purchase, delivery and launch of the Electronic Document Circulation System,

f) granting an indefinite license for network use of the offered application software together with the guarantee,

g) integration of the software offered in the medical part with the RIS / PACS system owned by the Employer,

h) conducting on-the-job and e-learning training for users,

i) extending the application software with copyright supervision for a period of 36 months,

j) modernizing the server environment.
