The intervention is ascribed as a completion and continuation of other loans already obtained by the writer concerning the same water carriers.
The reshaping of the canal, the use of solar panels for the remote control of supports and sockets, as well as revegetation with native species that guarantee the maintenance and improvement of the ecological conditions of the water body, is part of the objectives of environmental protection.
The intervention is at the service of a territory characterized by valuable crops especially in the production of pears, peaches and Lambrusco di Sorbara which has obtained the D.O.P. recognition since the seventies.
The works are calibrated to meet these needs by integrating and completing works already started in past years, to contrast the dispersion of the derived irrigation resource. During the design phase, the portions of the water carrier most affected by infiltration phenomena were identified.
