This contract concerns the collection of hollow glass of household origin in two colors by voluntary supply in bubbles and containers buried in the municipalities listed in Appendix C ("Market"). This service provision is part of Fost Plus's obligation to take back household packaging waste in accordance with the cooperation agreement. To this end, the contracting authority has concluded a contract with Fost Plus, the approved body for household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will remunerate the services provided by the service provider in the context of this contract.

The duration of the contract, established over 7 years, is justified by the fact that it allows a reasonable amortization period for the investments requested in view of the request of the contracting authority, to acquire trucks minimum EURO 6, or even, using fuels. alternative.

In addition, the price indexation formula will remain unchanged, and is based, for the price of fuel, on the diesel index. Even if the legislation were to evolve and reduce any taxation for vehicles using fuels more favorable to the environment, it will not be requested to adjust the price.

These measures are taken to stimulate the gradual replacement of diesel trucks by alternative fuel trucks.

This market includes: glass collection via glass bubbles and underground containers:

- placement and rental of air bubbles only by glass,

- emptying aerial or buried glass bubbles, weighing and transporting the glass to the purchaser,

- cleaning and maintenance of glass bubbles,

- redemption of the network of air bubbles only.

The contracting authority expressly reserves the right by reasoned decision not to proceed with this procedure.
