The Research Council of Norway, c/o the Statistics and Evaluation Department, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for renewed results and effect orientated goals of projects in the Research Council of Norway.

For several years the Research Council of Norway has obtained information on the results and effects of the Research Council of Norway's support of Innovation Projects in Businesses (IPN) when a project ends and four years after the completed project. We would now like to renew and expand the survey.

More types of applications will be included in the new survey than what are included in the IPN. The vision of value creation in business will be supplemented with a vision connected to competence and capacity development, as well as contributions to solving social challenges. Results and effects that are realised at collaboration partners in the projects will also be included. In addition, we would like to have a division of work in data acquisition between the Research Council of Norway's own systems and data obtained by external suppliers.
