The stipulations of this consultation concern the services relating to the preventive and curative maintenance of the various networks (wastewater, black water, rainwater, hydrocarbon tanks and manholes with lifting pumps, etc.) of the residences of the OPH of Cannes Pays de Lérins and SOCACONAM. This is a grouping of orders.

This contract concerns the preventive, corrective and curative maintenance services of the various networks (wastewater, black water, rainwater, hydrocarbon tanks and manholes with lifting pumps, etc.) of the residences of the OPH of Cannes and SOCACONAM

For item n°1: Preventive maintenance, the services give rise to the conclusion of an ordinary contract treated at a global and fixed price

For item n°2: corrective and curative maintenance, the consultation gives rise to a framework agreement with mono-awarded purchase orders

The value of all services is defined as follows for the OPH Cannes Pays de Lérins:

Minimum annual amount: 50,000EUR excl. VAT / Maximum annual amount: 150,000EUR excl. VAT

In the following way for SOCACONAM:

Minimum annual amount: 2,000EUR excl. VAT / Maximum annual amount: 20,000EUR excl. VAT

The first period runs from the date of notification for an initial period of one year.
