Part 1: collection, transport and handling:
- unsegregated municipal waste and waste collected selectively from properties in the Municipality and the City of Witkowo, on which: residents reside; there are cottages or other properties used for recreation—leisure purposes (summer plots in the grove, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin and Wiekowo),
- selectively collected municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Małacha-Wierzbiczany,
- selectively collected municipal waste from sites intended for public use,
-large-scale waste from the Municipality and the City of Witkowo and
-ensuring adequate quantity and quality of containers and bags for selective waste collection.
Part 2: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Recreation Centre in Skorzęcin with an area of 40.41.73 hectares along with securing the necessary number of containers for municipal waste.
Collection, transport and management of waste from inhabited areas, summer houses, from PSZOK, from areas intended for public use.The subject of the Order is:
(a) the collection, transport and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from properties within the Community and the City of Witkowo where:
- dwelling residents,
- there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes (holiday plots in Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin and Wiekowo),
(b) the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Malacha-Wierzbiczany,
(c) the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use,
(d) the collection, transport and development of large-sized waste from the area of the Municipality and the City of Witkowo,
(e) ensuring adequate quantity and quality of containers and bags for selective waste collection.
1.1. As part of the task, the contractor will receive and transport:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste for municipal installation,
b) waste separately collected from property owners, collected from PSZOK and from areas intended for public use, directly or through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal installation, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012,
(c) biodegradable waste (biowaste) for waste recovery or disposal facilities.
It will be the responsibility of the contractor to use the received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively by transferring it for recovery or disposal in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
1.2. The Contractor shall equip the real estate located in the Witkowo Commune, where residents live and there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, PSZOK in Małachów-Wierzbiczany and areas intended for public use with containers and bags for collecting waste collected in a selective manner, in accordance with point 2.10. A description of the subject of the contract.
1.3. A detailed description of the object of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the Designed Terms of the Agreement.
In the offer, the contractor will indicate the municipal installations to which it intends to transfer the waste – in accordance with Article 38b(1)(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. The transfer of waste will be documented on the basis of waste transfer cards, which the contractor will deliver to the contracting authority by the 15th day of each month for the previous month, together with copies of weight receipts confirming the time and weight of municipal waste accepted for the installation.

Reception, transport and management of waste from the Holiday Centre in Skorzęcin1.1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Recreation Centre in Skorzęcin (uninhabited area) with an area of 40.41.73 hectares, together with securing the necessary number of containers for municipal waste.
There are approximately 8.000 permanent accommodations within the Centre.
On weekends, in June, a significant amount of tourists arrive at the Centre with a one-day stay /on summer hot weekends, sometimes around 25 thousand tourists arrive at the Centre.
There are about 55 permanent catering and retail outlets and about 20 seasonal retail outlets in the Centre.
1.2. In the above-mentioned area, especially at the pedestrian routes in the central part of the Centre, by the beach and places most frequented by tourists /after consultation with the competent Authority – the Manager of the Centre/ containers with a capacity of 240 l. should be placed in the amount of min. 190 pcs. including about 40 pcs. in yellow. Containers equipped with plastic bags. In 15 points of the Centre, containers for selective waste collection – 4 pcs. Suitable for paper, plastics, glass and biodegradable waste everywhere.
The object of the order shall also include the emptying of the containers which the contractor will deploy in different parts of the Centre, in the 25 points indicated by the Centre Manager, in the number of containers necessary for the storage of waste at the appropriate daily frequency of their emptying.
Recommended containers of 1100 l. in the amount of about 2-5 pcs at each point.
A specific number of containers is necessary in the months of June, July and August.
During the rest of the period in reduced quantity, but necessary, allowing the storage of garbage in each part of the Centre. Containers for selective waste collection should be located on the premises of the Centre throughout the year.
The Contractor is also tasked with emptying approximately 100 street baskets belonging to the Ordering Party.
1.3. Containers should be emptied on an ongoing basis, so that there is no rubbish and does not pose an epidemiological threat, and in June, July and August every day, and if necessary, even several times a day, with particular emphasis on Saturdays and Sundays.
1.4. It is forbidden to sort rubbish in the Recreation Centre in Skorzęcin.
1.5. It is the contractor's responsibility to maintain cleanliness around the containers placed in the Holiday Centre and to maintain the proper sanitary condition of the containers.
The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for destroyed containers owned by the contractor.
1.6. The Contractor is responsible for the management of municipal waste collected from the area of the Recreation Centre in Skorzęcin.
In the offer, the contractor will indicate the municipal installations to which it intends to transfer the waste – in accordance with Article 38b(1)(1) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. The transfer of waste will be documented on the basis of waste transfer cards, which the contractor will deliver to the contracting authority by the 15th day of each month for the previous month, together with copies of weight receipts confirming the time and weight of municipal waste accepted for the installation.
