The target of the acquisition is the new generation of smart meters and their lecture and management system as SaaS service. Electricity meters and the system must meet Regulation 767/2021 of the Government of Finland. Possible extensions of the solution include separately listed options on the telecommunications service, as well as support for electricity meters for the telecommunications of district heating and water distribution meters. The reading and management service for water and district thermometers is not part of the acquisition.
