Maintenance of green spaces and weeding of curbs and paths (reserved market of article L. 2113-12 of the public procurement code). The consultation took place within the framework of the grouping of orders constituted by the municipality and the CCAS, in application of the provisions of articles L. 2113-6 et seq. Of the public order code. The municipality, as coordinator of the group, is responsible for the consultation procedure. At the end of the procedure, the authorized representatives of the municipality and the CCAS will sign the contracts which concern them to the extent of their needs with the joint undertakings selected.

The estimated value of the contract indicated in II.1.5 below corresponds to the maximum estimated amount of the contract over a period of four years (non-contractual amount). The annual contractual minimums and maximums are indicated in quantity in the deeds of engagement for each of the two lots.

Maintenance of green spaces including maintenance of lawns, maintenance of shrubs and hedges, maintenance of rustic spaces, driveways and sanded surfaces and maintenance and cleaning of parking lots.

The services correspond to alternative weeding of curbs and paths and pavements.
