BBN has many different materials and resources that are spread over various barracks and office locations. Due to various perspectives (such as finances, maintenance, inspections and operational availability) it is desirable to have a grip on the management of equipment, material, buildings and resources.
BBN is looking for a contractor who can supply a well-functioning and user-friendly equipment management system (MBS) that meets the requirements and wishes of BBN. The assignment includes the implementation, management and maintenance of a software solution (SaaS, or Software as a Service) that optimally supports the management of equipment by BBN.
Agreement
The purpose of this tender is to conclude one agreement with a Contractor. The contract term of the Agreement consists of four fixed contract years and annual renewal options. This Agreement may be continuously extended by BBN by one year at a time.
