Sport Vlaanderen wants to work on a platform that offers the following features to the user in order to offer its sports and move routes:
— access and download existing spore and exercise routes in different formats, both desktop and app,
— be able to plan a new route based on existing loops,
— navigate the different routes using an app.
The layout of the promotional material for new or refurbished routes and then publishing this material on the platform is also part of the assignment. From the system offered, a printable map must be able to create a printable map for the various card production needs of Sport Vlaanderen.
Sport Vlaanderen wants a direct link in the database so that we can have user figures ourselves.
Last but not least, we want a clear, well-organized problem notification system so users can quickly report a problem on the route so that those responsible for the route can fix it.

Providing a quality problem reporting systemWe want an online notification system to report and track the various issues on the route. These problems may be the following (not exhaustive): gone arrow or signage; error trajectory, litter, situation unclear, other. Reporting should be possible on any route and must also be indicated on a map. The notification should be possible both mobile and via the website, and the user should be given the opportunity to specify the notification with a photo and leave their email address. A notification should be easy and efficient, encouraged users to effectively notify the system.
The reports must be delivered to those responsible for the route and to Sport Vlaanderen and must be followed by a 'follow-up status'. It should also be possible to consult and dispatch an overview of these reports by county.
Notifications may remain visible annually. After one year, notifications may be archived, but must remain accessible.
