The contract comprises the planned preventative maintenance of heating installations, mechanical ventilation installations, air conditioning installations and water management installations. In addition to the planned tasks, specific corrective repair works and adaptation works shall be instructed over the duration of the contract on an ad hoc basis by work order. The contract requires the provision of a 24 hour, 365 days per annum emergency call out service. This is a 3 year contract.
