d) Reporting to the Contracting Authority any technical defects noticed during the performance of duty

e) The company providing services should ensure the functioning of intervention groups, which should include persons holding a first-degree license or entered on the list of qualified security personnel, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property. The intervention group should consist of at least 2 employees.

f) Securing the area of the Pier against illegal intrusion into the area of the Pier and Marina in Sopot
