Nordlandsnett AS plans to develop the security of supply to the island Lovund in Lurøy municipality.

The planned development project includes a new 36 kV radial from Øresvik Transformer Station to Lovund.

This new radial includes a submarine cable for 41 km from Kvina to Lovund, which this competition is for.

— production and delivery of a 36 kV submarine cable of approx. 41 km in accordance with the dimensioning prerequisites in the requirement specifications,

— installation: the cable shall be laid between Kvina and Lovund in Lurøy municipality. This includes, amongst other things, loading, transport, laying and securing work.
