the draft contract that is the subject of this consultation combines the design and construction of the two buildings covered by this operation:- a building allowing the sheltered storage from the weather of tools allowing the dismantling of nuclear submarines SSBN type M4 and SNA type RUBIS with a view to their withdrawal from active service;- a building allowing the storage of containers of low-level nuclear waste in a sheltered environment for their Shipping to approved treatment centres.The works envelope is estimated at 7.48 million euros
