The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for supplements and new procurements for the electronic security need, both outside and inside the City Hall, including theft and break-in alarm installations (AIA installations), and equipment for camera monitoring.

The assignment covers, amongst other things, the following needs:

• engineering design services and protecting objects in the city hall's museum areas and areas for political activities;

• procurement of equipment such as central equipment, detectors, cameras, installation material;

• programming, assembly, installation, and training.

The contracting authority would like a tenderer that has security deliveries as part of its core activities and the accompanying competent personnel. The tenderer will function as a partner for the security department in order to contribute to the implementation of good solutions.

The city hall currently has Lenel OnGuard access control (AAK), which was installed in 2018. In addition Milestone is used for ITV, which is integrated with Lenel OnGuard. The AIA installations must be integrated with existing systems for overall operation i the city hall's duty centre.
