The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works for the investment entitled: Construction of a boiler room building with the installation of heat pumps and a photovoltaic installation for the task entitled "Deep modernization and increase of the share of energy from renewable sources in the building of the Dr. Józef Rostek District Hospital". The task is co-financed by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

The order order includes:

1) Construction of a gas boiler building with a cubic capacity of 1,144.01 m3

2) Construction of the necessary technical infrastructure of the boiler room, including internal installations, i.e. water supply installation, sanitary sewage system, gas and electrical installation, fire protection installation, central heating with boiler room technology;

3) Construction of lower heat sources for heat pumps;

4) Construction of a photovoltaic installation set on the ground and construction of accesses, access roads and sidewalks;

5) Construction of the necessary technical infrastructure including external installations, i.e. reconstruction of the gas connection;

6) Implementation of the BMS management system

7) Performing archaeological research.

8) Comprehensive geodetic service.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes construction and technical documentation constituting Annex 7-9 to the SWZ and a description of the subject of the contract being Annex 12 to the SWZ.
