The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 2 909 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume – basic order – 44 657 MWh, including:
1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) – 18 953.99 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) – 11 945.34 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ
3) For the needs of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) – 13 757.67 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1c SWZ
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — other tariff groups1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 582 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – basic order – 18 953.99 MWh. Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to different deadlines for individual PPE - details of delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. This part of the contract provides for the Right of Option for the Contracting Authority – Municipality of Maszewo. As part of the option, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the period of electricity supply to five PPE, as described in the SWZ. The right of option will cover the supply of electricity from 01.04.2024. The maximum amount of electricity purchased under the option is 61.19 MWh (the option can apply to both a single facility and all five).

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to different deadlines for individual PPE – details of delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The Right of Option is provided for the Ordering Party – Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzów Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o. As part of the option, the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the period of electricity supply to the PPE described in detail in SWZ.
As part of the basic order, deliveries will take place in the period from 01.01.2024. until 30.06.2024r. The option right will cover the supply of electricity from 01.07.2024. The maximum amount of electricity purchased under the option is 200.00 MWh.
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Number of metering systems for consumed electricity 1 306 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 13 757.67 MWh. Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and finish) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
