Investigations according to § 32 ESBO on 8-10 museum passenger train and van (750 mm gauge) of the SDG Sächsische Dampfbahngesellschaft mbH of the car types KB and KD (contract services for work)

Examinations/preparation in accordance with Section 32 of the Railway Building and Operating Regulations (EBO) and Section 33 of the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Siding Lines (BOA) on 8-10 museum passenger and van (750 mm gauge) of the SDG Sächsische Dampfbahngesellschaft mbH with the wagon types KB and KD, this concerns:

- Transport from the client to the contractor's factory

- Remove the car body from the bogies

- refurbish car body underframe

- Rework entry-level platforms with portcullis

- Dismantling the bogies

- overhaul and assembly of bogies

- Dismantling the brake components from the car body

- Mounting the brake components on the car body

- cleaning or blasting of the dismantled vehicle parts

- disassembly of the push and push device

- reworking/assembly of the pull and push device

- Examine and repair the electrical system

- floor covering

- Interior fittings (passenger cars/vans only partial performance)

- refurbish heating system

- windows

- seats

- Repairing sliding doors

- Car body complete paint scheme (exterior only)

- roofing

- repair ventilation

- floor

- Vehicle acceptance by experts
