The tender focuses on the provision of logistics services. This service consists of: a. The periodic determination of brand (being A-brand*), type and configurations of the required ICT Hardware in consultation with SCC Us. b. Purchasing this ICT Hardware for the benefit of SCC Us and then delivering it to SCC Ons against agreed storage or storage percentages and guaranteed delivery time. c. The handling of warranty with regard to the delivered ICT Hardware. d. Furthermore, the Contractor is obliged to act as a 'counter' for this guarantee handling. In order to carry out these activities, the Contractor keeps a CMDB.

e. Where appropriate and at the request of SCC Ons provide additional services.
