The control center of the new fire and rescue station 1 is to be planned and the construction of the control center is to be accompanied and monitored via partial order 1, as well as optionally via partial orders 2 and 3.

The planning includes the preliminary investigations (partial order 1), as well as optionally the consultation and monitoring of the construction of the control center in the service phases 3 to 9 (HOAI, i.e. until the complete construction and final acceptance of the control center (including the warranty phase) in the new fire and rescue station 1 (partial order 2) and optionally the corresponding service phases 3 to 9 for the redundancy installation at the fire rescue station 2 (partial order 3).
