Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will put out to tender the construction consulting work and supervision of construction projects as a framework agreement commissioned by the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county. The service procured through this invitation to tender includes the duties of project management and the developer's safety coordinator, as well as the supervision of construction projects.

The acquisition is divided into subdivisions as follows:

1 Construction consulting, project management tasks and related expert tasks

2 Supervisory and expert tasks, civil engineering and civil engineering

3 Supervisory and expert tasks, HVAC and electrical engineering

4 Control and expert tasks, humidity and cleanliness control

A framework agreement of 3 service providers will be established in each area.

Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut Oy and Coxa Oy may place orders with this agreement when the wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa acts as the developer of the project.
