The Evangelische Hochschule Berlin is being energetically renovated. This is a listed building complex, which consists of a total of six houses (A to F). The SFIVET's teaching and administration rooms are located in the buildings. During the renovation work, the university is fully operational.

Electrical system in 2 sections:

1 x emergency lighting system with central battery with approx. 170 pcs of safety and escape sign luminaires; 1 pc. Central blind control system with approx. 31 x blind button with integrated motor control unit; approx. 4,500 m cables and wires; approx. 2,000 m installation duct; 262 luminaires; 3 pcs. installation distributor; 1 pc. Fire alarm system with approx. 120 automatic detectors and approx. 75 hours of acoustic signaling devices; cabling for BOS radio system as stock
