The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the construction of the road from Welca Street to Warszawska Street along with obtaining the ZRID decision, performing (as an option) author's supervision over the works and drawing up a concept for the construction of the road on the section from the designed junction at Warszawska Street towards the west.

Project documentation should be prepared in accordance with the Table of Design Studies (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in:

1. the description of the object of the order together with the initial technical parameters for design and the guidelines of the contracting authority,

2. view map,

3. an illustrative concept,

4. the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement together with annexes

In addition, the subject of the contract also includes copyright supervision over the implementation of construction works on the rights of the option referred to in the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Estimated number – 10 stays (700 AU).

Project documentation should be prepared in accordance with the Table of Design Studies (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract. To prepare design documentation for the construction, reconstruction or securing of technical infrastructure, the Contractor is obliged to provide project staff with appropriate qualifications and qualifications.

The Contractor is obliged to ensure throughout the period of execution of the contract the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 (33) of the Act of 20 June 1997. contract, at least 10%.
