Follo Ren IKS hereby invites interested tenderers to submit a request for participation in a negotiated procedure for a contract for the operation of an IT system as a cloud service and the development of digital systems.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure Follo Ren a complete and uniform provision of services for:
• Operation and management of an IT system
o Azure-environment, including infrastructure and trade applications
o Client equipment (PCs, printers, meeting room systems, etc.)
o Licence and certificate management
o WAN and LAN as a service (NaaS)
• Customer support, including on-site support for the provided services
• Procurement/ delivery of client equipment
• IT consultancy services
o Consultancy for the IT services, also related to development.
The IT system must be experienced as well-adapted, seamless, and quick for each user at the contracting authority.
