4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, marking and delivery of electric cars to 18 National Parks in Poland.

4.2. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. Justification for not dividing the contract into lots: This procedure is a repetition of a procedure in which there was a partial division of the contract and in which only the part concerning minivans which is the subject of the present procedure was annulled.

4.3. The subject of the contract is: Purchase with marking and delivery of electric minivan cars. - 22 pieces.

4.4. The specification, technical description along with the determination of the demand for cars divided into individual National Parks is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the purchase with marking (according to the following guidelines) and delivery of brand new minivans (kombivanów) with electric drive to 18 national parks in a total number of 22 vehicles.

A brand new vehicle means that the vehicle was not registered before purchase and its mileage is not more than 50 km. The vehicle must be approved in accordance with the applicable regulations for entry into service in the Polish area and must be free from technical and legal defects, have a guarantee in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. The vehicle must be prepared for collection with a fully charged battery in the authorized showroom of the Contractor in the closest possible location of the indicated national park together with documents in Polish required for its registration, service and warranty books (the Ordering Party allows replacing the paper version with a digital version), a current approval certificate and an instruction manual. The Contractor is obliged to have an authorized service station at a distance of no further than 200 km from the headquarters of a given National Park. The Contractor shall provide the service station from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract until the expiry of the guarantee and warranty period.
