The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of one framework agreement per lot with one trading partner for the procurement of all Microsoft BMI Select Plus products available during the term of the contract, if applicable with Software Assurance coverage.

The licensing of the Microsoft products is made for the beneficiaries in the case of the requirement of individual licenses on the basis of the terms and conditions, which have been concluded between the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI), and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft):

- Microsoft BMI Select Plus Contract, Price Base Level D,

- Cover contract business and service.

Procurement of Microsoft products for ProVitako and its members in the event of the need for individual licenses based on the BMI Select Plus contract and its Price Base Level D.

The Contractor authorizes the licensing of the Microsoft products by the licensor and manufacturer, Microsoft. The contractor assumes the entire handling of the license acquisition of the Microsoft products for all beneficiaries, in particular the registration as an affiliate or accession and billing. In addition, it provides services related to the proposed license purchase, in particular advice on the required licenses, reporting, statistics and information services, as well as allowing participation in free training from Microsoft.
