The purpose of this contract is the supply of fuel by letters of credit cards at the pump as well as various products and associated services in a network of service stations located in metropolitan France. Fuels must meet the characteristics set by the orders of the Minister of Industry. This framework agreement is a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without minimum amount and for the following maximum annual order amounts: - 300,000 euros excluding VAT for lot 1, - 100,000 euros excluding VAT for lot 2. It is concluded for a period of one year from 1 May 2023 and tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is one year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years
