The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for condition evaluations and maintenance plans for buildings.

The contracting authority shall procure assistance in performing condition evaluations and maintenance plans for buildings.

Condition analyses

The condition evaluation shall be performed in accordance with NS 3424:12 Condition evaluation of Structures, NS- 16096 Condition evaluation of listed and protected buildings.

The condition evaluation shall include the following:

- The objective of the condition evaluation is to register, assess and document the condition of the building.

- The condition evaluation includes planning, information about the building, registration of condition, risk assessment and recommendations, summary and condition reporting. 

The mapping shall include the condition degree as well as a cost calculation for improvements.

Maintenance plan:

- A maintenance plan shall be prepared after the condition evaluation
