The objective of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier PAR LOT which, as an intermediary, will ensure the provision of licenses for "commercial off-the-shelf", "software-as-a-service", "platform-as-a-service", "infrastructure-as-a-service", and "Certificates".
The contract is subdivided into three lots:
• Lot 1: Commercial off-the-shelf LICENSES (except MICROSOFT and ADOBE)*
• Lot 2: SKYKICK platform
• Lot 3: Certificates (SSL)
For Lots 1 and 2, the contract also covers the performance of "complementary support services" such as implementation, maintenance and support, and advice on licensing forms.
*Microsoft and ADOBE PRODUCTS are not part of this market.
