Framework agreements on services in vacancy rehabilitation

The AG intends to transfer property renovation measures to the contractor with the aim of reducing vacancy and increasing the economic rentability. The following agreements create a framework agreement for this. The nature and extent of the specific services owed in the individual case arise from this framework agreement in conjunction with the respective individual call-off by the AG. The client of the respective individual release is always only the respective owner of the property in question.
