The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of property and other waste from the territory of the Municipality of Sanoka between 1 March 2022 and 31 December 2022

1The object of the order is:

1) the collection and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,

2) the collection, transport and development of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka,

3) the collection, transport and development of biowaste (biodegradable kitchen waste (only vegetable origin) from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,

4) reception, transport and development of ashes from property owners residing from the territory of the Municipality of Sanoka City,

5) the collection, transport and development of other non-biodegradable waste from the landlords of property on which residents do not reside and municipal waste from Sanoka Municipality (waste from cemeteries) is created,

2. The contractor receiving municipal waste is obliged to comply with the applicable law, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 t.j. as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 t.j. as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws from 2021 item 888 t.j.z late. amended), Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship, Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste factions (Journal of Laws 2021.906), Resolution of Sanok City Council determining the method of selective collection of selected waste factions (Journal of Laws 2021.906), Resolution of the Sanok City Council defining the manner handling waste, including the Resolution on the enactment of “Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of the City of Sanoka.”
