The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of:

1) 2-channel digital oscilloscopes with the frequency of imaged 40 MHz waveforms along with a computer interface - 8 units;

2) complete alarm systems consisting of central units, sensors, signaling devices - item 6;

3) complete IP monitoring systems consisting of 2 cameras, a recorder, a switch, a patch cord - 2 pieces;

4) a complete satellite and terrestrial TV receiving set with equipment for the distribution of signals to the cable network - 1 set (1 item);

For the equipment of an electronic laboratory for the Technical School in Turku, intended for educational purposes as part of the implementation of the project "Modern technologies in vocational education as part of the economic development of the functional area of the Turkish and Kolski counties", Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020.

The subject of the order is the supply of 2 channel digital oscilloscopes with the frequency of imaged 40 MHz waveforms along with a computer interface - 8 pieces as part of the project "Modern technologies in vocational education as part of the economic development of the functional area of Turkish and Koš poviats", Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020 Priority axis 9 "Infrastructure for human capital", Measure 9.3 "Investing in the development of education and training infrastructure", Sub-measure 9.3.2 "Investing in the development of infrastructure for vocational education".

A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR. The description contains minimum requirements.

The Contractor who relies on equivalent solutions described by the ordering party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the awarding entity (Article 30 (5) of the PPL). In all provisions of the SIWZ and its annexes, in which the orderer refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems in accordance with art. 30 para. 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described. If in the description of the subject of the order the names of the devices of specific producers have been given, this should only be treated as a specification of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent products or devices with at least the same parameters. By product equivalence it is meant to offer a product whose technical parameters of the materials used are at least the same as those described in the ToR. In the case of offering an equivalent solution, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate the equivalence of the applied solutions. The Awarding Entity considers the offers incompatible with the ToR with equipment with a specification other than specified in the Terms of Reference and less (worse) parameters than those mentioned in this Specification, and thus such offers will be subject to rejection.

The ordering party in the proceedings, based on the provisions of art. 24aa Pzp, will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been selected as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
