The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and comprehensive execution of the investment task entitled "Installation of RES equipment in the Biała Commune". The task is to design and carry out the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the installations: pellet boilers, installation of solar collectors, photovoltaic installations.

Delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Biała Commune, including in particular: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 182 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with the structure adapted to the place of assembly, 3) assembly of supporting structures for PV modules 4) assembly of the module in PV on supporting structures 5) laying of cabling on the DC and AC side of the installation, 6) modernization of the existing electrical switchboard in terms of its retrofitting with the equipment necessary to connect the PV microinstallation, 7) modernization of the existing electrical switchboard to the technical provisions on the part of the User – if necessary. 8) installation of a PV inverter, 9) installation of lightning protection system or appropriate SPD apparatus and equalization connections, 10) installation of electrical apparatus and protections, 11) installation tests and checking the proper operation of the system 12) system commissioning and regulations 13) preparation of microinstallation notification and statements on the conclusion of a contract for residents and notification of microinstallations to the appropriate Distribution Network Operator. 14) training User in/Service.

1. In the scope of installation of solar collectors: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 4 sets of solar collector installations with a structure adapted to the place of assembly, 3) disassembly and disposal of the existing hot water tank (utilization on the part of the Contractor – disposal by the user is allowed at the request of the Investor), 4) installation of mounting elements for collectors, 5) installation of collectors on the structure, 6) piping management, 7) installation of the heater, 8) installation of the necessary fittings and automation, 9) installation of the DHW charging pump from the primary source (if necessary on the user's side), 10) installation of the DHW circulation pump (if necessary on the user's side), 11) connection to the existing installation of domestic hot water preparation and cold water supply, 12) connection to the existing installation of power supply from the source external/existing, 13) connection of the installation to the existing electrical installation, 14) adaptation of the existing electrical installation (on the user's side), 15) bringing the required utilities to the room, including heating, hot utility water, cold water and electrical installation (on the user's side), 16) connection to the existing lightning protection system – on the Contractor's side (adaptation or implementation of a new installation on the user's side), 17) performing installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, 18) system commissioning and adjustments, 19) training of Users / Operators. 2. In the field of pellet boilers: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 6 pellet boilers in residential buildings with accessories and 5 pieces of DHW heaters, 3) dismantling of the existing boiler and storage tank (utilization on the part of the Contractor – disposal by the user is allowed at the request of the Investor), 4) installation of a new boiler with a fuel tank, 5) installation of a capacitive hot water heater (if applicable – according to the statement on page 2 of the PFU), 6) installation of the DHW charging pump (or 3-way valve) (if applicable – according to the list on page 2 of the PFU), 7) installation of the DHW circulation pump (if necessary on the user's side), 8) assembly of the necessary fittings and automation, including protection, 9) installation of a system protecting against the return of too low temperature to the boiler, 10) modernization of the system to a closed/open system (if necessary on the user's side), 11) installation of a heat buffer (if required), 12) connection to the existing heating installation, 13) installation of a heating circulation pump – responsible for the flow in the heating system (if necessary on the user's side), 14) connection to the existing hot water preparation installation, and cold water supply, 15) connection of the flue gas system to the existing chimney lightning protection system – on the Contractor's side (adaptation or implementation of a new installation on the user's side), 16) adaptation of the existing ventilation system of the room (on the user's side), 17) adaptation of the boiler room to the requirements applicable in the regulation (on the user's side), 18) adaptation of the existing electrical installation (on the user's side), 19) bringing to boiler room required utilities, including heating installation, domestic hot water, cold water and electrical installation (on the user's side), 20) connection of the flue gas system to the existing chimney lightning protection system – on the user's side (adaptation or implementation of a new installation on the user's side), 21) installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, 22) system commissioning and regulations, 23) training of Users / Operator. 22) system start-up and adjustments, 23) training of Users / Operators.
